What’s better than the sound of a screaming drag as you fight the lake trout of a lifetime. These rods are constructed from fibreglass and can be sized from 40-46”. The most popular choice being 43”. The fibreglass is heavier then graphite but it will take more abuse out on the ice whether it’s on your way to your honey hole or bent in half while the drag screams as you fight the fish of a lifetime. This heavy rod with a moderate slow action has enough backbone to get those big trout through the ice while having a sensitive enough tip to detect the softest bites and cushion through those big head-shakes.
